Message	used shifter. Charge that as a core charge. ONLY give 30 days for the core to be returned. After 30 days, take the core charge and get another from Russel. This is simple business practices, do not let the inexpensive (cheapness) screw up your reputation. Sometimes charging a few more dollars is better for everyone.
